For people who already have out of the country medical coverage with another provider or employer ( proof of coverage must be provided ) this insurance will provide cancellation , accident, air flight accident and baggage insurance

CLASSIC EMERGENCY MEDICAL INSURANCE

Please inquire for rates for just emergency medical coverage if older than 59.As an example, a person between the ages of 75 and 79 who answers the medical questionnaire and has no health concerns would qualify for a premium of approximately $100 with RBC Travel Care Health Select. Ages over 80 with no health concerns the premium would be approximately $190.All RBC emergency medical only applicants over the age of 59 must complete a medical questionnaire. PLEASE REMEMBER ONTARIO RESIDENTS MUST ADD 8% TO ALL PREMIUMS, and NEWFOUNDLAND RESIDENTS MUST ADD 15%

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation is due to an insurable reason (illness of a passenger, traveling companion or immediate family member), the cancellation penalties (including the non refundable deposit) below may be submitted through RBC insurance claims department (provided that you have purchased the RBC insurance). Please remember that pre-existing medical conditions are never an insurable risk. Change-of-mind is not covered through insurance. Insurance premiums are totally non-refundable.

65 -90 Days before departure 60% of total tour cost

31-64 Days before departure 80% of total tour cost

0-30 Days before departure 100% of total tour cost

We require a minimum of 25 passengers for this tour . If cancelled by us, no penalties apply, and clients will receive a full refund of the tour amount paid. Slight changes or substitutions to itinerary or dates are sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and do not constitute reason for client cancellation. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary as presented.
